Hi! I’m Michelle, a creative strategist and seasoned brand builder with a proven track record of delivering integrated, results-driven solutions. I believe every brand has a unique purpose and thrive on uncovering and unleashing it in meaningful ways that inspire both consumers and employees.

Insatiably curious, I work tirelessly to understand consumers, culture, categories, brands, and businesses, then create meaningful experiences across the customer journey. Whether traditional, digital, social, mobile, or experiential, I still marvel at the way a simple solution, beautifully executed, can solve even the most sophisticated of problems.

Throughout my career I’ve excavated purpose, constructed architecture, launched innovation, unearthed insight, infused relevance, changed perception, shaped behavior, and, of course, drove sales. I believe business should be a force for good and am committed to creating purposeful, sustainable, and transparent brand practices.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work at some of the best advertising agencies, including Leo Burnett, DDB, and Havas, as well as BCG BrightHouse, nurturing some of the world’s most iconic brands. I’m an 8-time Effie winner and 3-time judge, and with my brilliant creative teams, have also won Cannes Lions, CLIOs, One Show and D&AD awards. I’ve been a guest lecturer at Northwestern University, The University of Chicago, DePaul University, and Columbia College Chicago, and appeared on The Today Show in a segment on Marketing to Teens.
